The concept of humanization is gaining ground in the health field, to such an extent that it is considered a differentiating element that provides added value to those who decide to implement it. For this reason, San Juan de Dios Hospital is organising the 1st Humanisation Conference on 8 November and the President of the Optimista Hospital Foundation, Florent Amion, will give the paper Humanise ourselves to humanise: the wellbeing of health professionals.
As you know, Amion began a process of organizational transformation in the company in which he is CEO, Vygon Spain. After several years of change, today its employees work in a happier, more pleasant environment that offers psychosocial security.
Now, he has created the Optimista Hospital Foundation in order to help healthcare organizations become healthy organizations that offer a human service to patients and in which employees are happy.

The XXXVI Annual Congress of the Spanish Society for Quality of Care will be held in Burgos on 17, 18 and 19 October. The president of the Optimista Hospital Foundation, Florent Amion, will participate as a speaker, talking about organizational development tools to improve communication.
In his presentation on 18 October, Amion will review the internal communication strategies and consolidation of his team to transform the company Vygon Spain into a healthy company.
In addition, he will explain how, through the Optimista Hospital Foundation, it can help to turn hospitals into healthy environments that stand out for the happiness of their employees and the humanised care of patients.

The President of the Hospital Optimista Foundation, Florent Amion, will participate in Manchester, United Kingdom, in the annual exhibition of the National Health Service (NHS), where he will present the raison d’être of the Foundation and the will to transform public health systems into environments that enjoy good organizational health.
In addition, Amion will take the opportunity to present the book Dreaming on an optimistic hospital, translated from the original Spanish version. In this book, Amion himself presents the change that shook the company Vygon España when it decided that economic figures could not be the only pillar of the business.
Amion has been working for years to improve the organizational health of his company and thanks to the FHO, helps other organizations in the health sector to embark on this process of change that transforms hospitals from their foundations to turn them into optimistic environments.

Hospital Optimista Foundation participates on Thursday October 4 in the Day INNOVANDO EN LIDERAZGO (INNOVATION IN LEADERSHIP). New trends in emotional well-being in organizations. The session, organized by Neurochange Lab! is one of the main national meetings on health and organizational well-being, the raison d’être of the Foundation.
Can leaders, entrepreneurs and teams be happier with themselves and with the performance of their work? This is the question that this congress wants to answer. Their will is to show the evident benefits of applying emotional health measures and practices in those who lead.
In addition, several speakers will explore the trends in emotional well-being that are already taking place in the environment of business, education, health and entrepreneurship.

The Hospital Optimista Foundation will present itself to the international society on Thursday 20 September. The president of the FHO, Florent Amion, will participate as a speaker in a round table at the Agora congress, organised by the Commité Développement Durable en Santé, to be held in Paris, France.
Florent Amion will talk about the mission of the Hospital Optimista Foundation during his presentation at the «International Vision of the eco-conception of care» table, which will take place on Thursday 20 September at 3.30 pm. He will also present the book Dreaming of an Optimistic Hospital, recently translated into French.
